Specified limits and processing times apply to deposits and withdrawals, which may vary in accordance with the platform's guidelines. Bonuses and promotional offers come with specific wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn unless those requirements are met. Be 50 accepts limited liability for damages caused by technical errors on the platform, server outages, or third-party services. be 50 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions. Any dispute must first be addressed through our support channels, and if not resolved within 30 days, it will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The platform's decisions shall be considered final unless a clear technical error is proven. Users may submit any complaint in writing, and be 50 commits to responding within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may request account closure at any time, and be 50 will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. In the event of a terms violation, be 50 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice. After account closure, any valid balance may still be withdrawn, though this may be put on hold if the account is under investigation. For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, a maintenance fee may apply in accordance with the applicable policy. Relevant provisions of these terms, particularly those relating to liability and dispute resolution, will remain in effect after termination of service.
